I was lucky enough , in one of my assignments , to have 25 year old identical twins (female), who differed in their ability , to visualise , when being put into Hypnosis.

One could visualise....the other couldnt !

The twin who could not visualise , went into a far deeper trance, than the one who could visualise !

In this particular case, it did not contribute or detract from the succesful outcome of this case........but Visualisation , is also used in many areas of Sport , Health , Healing and even Memory Methods and Techniques!

It is a vast subject...I would love to know of your experiences or knowledge of visualisation techniques, methods and outcomes , if you don't mind sharing them ?
