When is a ''Board'' not a ''Board''?

Particularly, ''The responsibility has been placed firmly with each BBNLP & GONLP member to identify their own learning requirements and to reflect on the area of study that is chosen. We hope that this scheme will be able to accommodate any extra requirements that arise as a result of changes within and external to the profession.''

Profession?
