| Help! I attended a NLP Practitioner training earlier this year, which I loved. To further my knowledge, I recently completed a diploma course in Hypnotherapy. Although I researched the course as thoroughly as possible, it turned out to a bit of a disaster. The trainer completely disagreed with NLP, calling it manipulative, and was more interested in finding spirit attachments and doing past life regressions. While I’m sure that there is a place for this type of practice, it just wasn’t for me. I’d appreciate any advice on how I can use the two together, or which works best for a particular situation. e.g. Hypnotherapy for phobias, or the NLP Fast Phobia Model. Also, if anyone could recommend a short course along these lines, I’d be very grateful. I also need to gain more confidence through practice. |
