Hi Everybody,

This is something that I came up with on my own quite some time ago and it's nice to see neurologists and behaviorists finally catching up with me...

The gist of the study is that we tend to learn and remember more when we take short breaks periodically during study then we might if we just tried to plow straight through.

Combine this with previous findings that we seem to consolidate learning whilst sleeping and that we learn best when information is nicely spaced out and I think that you can begin to see that some rather powerful strategies for long-term memory retention are beginning to coalesce for you right now...

So, wouldn't it be nice to take a break now, for just a few minutes and then come back and comment or read more after you've had a chance to relax, really relax at the deepest level?

Be Well,

Michael Perez
