Hi All,

I have questions on metastates and I would appreciate your thoughts and wisdom.

All of my reading tells me that mixing two states is like creating colours an artist uses a pallet.

There are two thoughts that come to mind:

a) if a take joy and learning then ok I get joy of learning but surely learning of joy is not the same?

b) if i take the same feeling twice (eg procastination of procrastinatio) which is apparently "taking action" then how is that different from a strong feeling of procastination?
