| Playing with time lines I have been an archetypal "in time" (back to front) person in most contexts for as long as I can remember. After learning about the qualities of different time lines I started to change my orientation into "through time" (left to right) in certain contexts, mainly planing and other business situations but also when interacting with certain people. As I got used to the experience I could switch between then at will. I guess a lot of you have done the same.
The fun bit started when I experimented to find what the minimum change was to change metaprogram. I discovered that if I leave the line as back to front but move "now" until it is slightly in front of me that gives me a through time experience. This was neat but the fun part comes when I start making small movements in the position of "now". It becomes an analogue continuum between "in" and "through".
As an experiment. Start with back to front orientation but with "now" an inch or two in front of you.
Begin an experience that you would like to intensify.
Slowly slide "now" towards you and enjoy the intensification. All Ad shuts off and you find yourself in the now of the experience. Very cool and no drugs involved at all.
Is this a documented technique or should I slap "tm" on it.
