I went to see Eric Edmeades just before Christmas and he did a great section on "Pattern Interupts" where he has adopted a red/yellow card system to help him keep his road rage under control. So if someone cut him up and it appeared accidential he would whip the yellow card out from the sun visor and show it to the other driver. This allowed him to stop yelling and getting abusing, maybe reducing his colorful language in the process.

Has anyone else done introduced a Pattern Interupt like Eric for a particular issue you or a client was having?
