| We all have this great set of skills, some have more than others or perhaps a better understanding of them, however, we all have the opportunity to use these skills on ourselves.
There were many people on the same course as me who seemed to be very changed from day one but particularly after three exercises, Change Personal History, Phobia Day and Time Line Therapy.
What techniques have you used on yourself?
Me, I've installed a circle of power/excellence beside my bed which I reinforce every night and change according to my needs the following day. Each morning I wake up and step into the circle and POW! I'm ready for the day ahead.
