Hi all,
I had a client who had had a Fear of swallowing for the past 40 years, I did regression and EFT.

However she was a rather talkative lady who seemed to be rather highly strung, and have many phobias ( she told me this ''after'' the session)

She said she knew where she had got the swallowing phobia from, although had had no regression before.
This being the case i still felt regression may have been needed to tackle this particular problem.

I did an induction and a powerful deepener because I felt she needed one, then when she seemed to show all the signs of having ''gone'' with it, i asked her to think of a happy time, she really panicked and said she couldn't think of one,and semmed to come right back, I managed to get her to relax once again and do some regression, which i went about very tentitivly and gently.
But I don't think she had really recovered from her panic and was just re-telling me what she had told me before, there was no sense of her ''re-living'' it.

Afterwards she wanted to try swallowing almost straight away and went to get something from the kitchen and failed.
She assured me afterwards she has had many happy times in her life.
I then did the EFT and told her to continue the techniques, but she said she never sticks with anything like that for long, she gets too irritated with it.

This has not happened to me before, has anyone got any advice?
best wishes
julie russell
