realistic

As you practice your NLP and you learn more about different skills and how to achieve what it is that you want to achieve you may find yourself reaching your goals more quickly, and other goals may take somewhat longer. And sure it's fun reaching your goals

So then what exactly is this thing callled "being realistic"? What is achievable? Is it mainly being flexible or are there certain limits and if so how do you know they are limits and not just a break ? Is it because you choose limits or are there just limits there?
