Belbin and Disc Profiling
Hi

What doe anyone think about Belbin or Disc Profiling or other tools to assess strengths, weaknesses, personality types? I don't know lots about them, but they have arisen through my work and I'd like opinions. Generally I believe in possibilities and that brain circuitry is malleable. I wonder if people might hang their hats on the labels produced from profiling tools.
