Content Violations

As far as I can tell, content violations are simply state contaminations. Perhaps one who is skilled and trained notices these infinitely more than the one who is not, thus the New Code Games make similar adjustments to freud as some agent makes attempts to remove the client from content k,v,a. Is that the premise?

Thus an agent inadvertently and quite easily creates the very incongruencies and others, often because of his ignorance/incompetence? Also as far as I understand this is the pitfall of using past states as resources as sure, change happens, maybe seemingly better, but still contaminated non the less. Tell me if I am getting this off balance or on target. Anyone.
