It's mostly a puff piece with only very subtle digs at Paul throughout (it's simply not British to have an article about a famous person that doesn't involve simpering or throwing a few brickbats(or both), it seems). Paul acts 'vain' at times, likes hanging about with celebrities and spends money on conspicuously valuable things, if you hadn't noticed...
