NLP patch or operating system?

Hi All,

I thought I would post a question that to me starts to point to where NLP is going. If I have missed the point of this forum then accept my apologies and let me know.

As this forum is devoted to the future of NLP let me ask a simple question. What are we really changing when we re-wire? I mean we take data from the external world and delete, distort and generalise and sometimes this generates a serious internal conflict but what is at the root of it all – what is the DOS? Is NLP simply a patch as the title suggests?

Regards,

David
