When Count Dracula's getting closer....

(like in the movie 'Van Helsing') what happens to a person's heart rate?

Dear Count Dracula told Van Helsing that when he meets a man and as he gets closer to that man...and the closer The Count get's...the louder and stronger & faster does a person's heart beat, pulse...

however, Van Helsing's heart beat was steady, strong, slow, strumming a constant rythmn, tempo, resonance...even as The Count approached for the kill...

now, I'd like to testify to the effectiveness of combining guided relaxation / hypnosis self practice with Glenn Harold, Nick Kemp, Tina Taylor's recorded guided processes and internal imagery (future pacing associated VAKOG) during the relaxed states I've found my body enter into as a result of these hypnotic inductions...

events, people, places are now graced with my strong, steady, strumming heart beat...a diaphragmic breathing rythmn of deep & calm elasticity while remaining in constant resonance of voice...WOW!

I'm touched by the power of associating bodily sensations to sights, sounds, smells, tactile sense & taste right throughout my chosen context (workplace) and as I thought of the workplace I took a deep diaphragmic breath...it's just so right...and now have shared...

"the power of a light bulb will light just a room...and when harnessed & channelled will shine right down on the moon..."
