Hi Everyone

I'm looking at applying for some jobs within the company i work for and possibly externally too. Some of these roles are managerial which is no problem as i have managed in the past.

However, I currently train management training and when I have delivered training courses in the past i have experienced barriers to ideas/tools when NLP is mentioned or associated with them. I have found that in general managers are more open to new ideas when i just give them the ideas/tools and I don't mention that it came form or used in NLP.

I am currently doing my NLP prac, but i am not sure weather I should mention it in my CV, because if i was interviewed I'm sure I would use a lot of framing and what i know about behaviour from nlp to answer the competency based questions and I wonder that if they were to read on my CV that I know some NLP whether they will perceive my answers as NLP mumbo jumbo. As apose to if i don't mention it they just take my answers for what they are worth?

I'd really like to hear opinions on this matter?

L
