And, to help keep you on track - refrain from 'future-pacing' this is actually one of the big NO NO mistakes that many in our sector fall victim to. So for example leading customers into the clinic to make a booking is based on the assumption people will even stop to speak to you, and is what I'd describe as a process. Likewise, Peter you assume that the Radio station will bite. You have one day....lets see your PLANS, ie a strategy ready for execution.
Some potentially good stuff there...
