I'm halfway through my Master Pract at the moment and have just done my first modelling project with a friend who has written a number books.

All I can say is wow! I'm quite amazed. It took about 3 hours and I got loads of info. I was amazed that there were so many empowering beliefs behind the actual activity that I would never have thought about before.

I tested what I had done and found that by adopting all the "things" I had elicited that once I started to write, 2 hours had passed and i had written 4000 words.....of which I was quite impressed with what I had come up with!

I keep forgetting sometimes how powerful nlp really can be!
