So here's an interesting one! I have a client who's internal dialogue keeps repeating the word "cancer" every day on a regular basis.
We managed to break up strategies and install new ones which has really helped her with other issues regarding this such as health and reading or hearing the word, but i'm stumped about stopping the internal dialogue.

When I asked her how she knows when to do it, she replied " I don't".
It seems (mind read) that it's like a catch 22 because the more it happens the more it reinforces it.

I know the answer is simple but just can't see the wood from the trees at the moment.

Any advice?
