I would like to know what members think in regard to the level of experience that a person should have before training others in this unregulated field of NLP.

It seriously concerns me that someone could consider training others with little or no experience other than reading some books and one practitioner course.

I am interested to hear views on this , bearing in mind that all our reputations in NLP are resting on our own integrity and ethics.
