| Re: Eric Robbie in Manchester What a great amount Eric informed us on in such a short time. I went home on fire and hungry to learn masses more. It is a massive privelege to be in the presence of an absolute NLP god. Quite the wizard he is!
I did see the colours and what is interesting was the subtlty of the subject matter. You simply know what it is. You trust what you feel, as it is a feeling. You physically see the colour in your mind too, obviously through your eyes and into your brain.
The confusion is when you ask yourself which colour it could be and then you muddy up your own mind by yourself, which is easy to do.
The instructions Eric gives are simple and the excercise is easy to follow. So, in regards to how it felt and getting the results yourself, my advice to you is practice the technique more and it will simply happen. You will be able to tell straight away and every time with a little bit more practice. An interesting thing happened in the bar afterwards as Chris said that the more questions you begin to ask the easier it becomes to then go on to be able to tell what is being pictured in the other persons mind more consistently and not just colours but all sorts. That kind of blasted me and I know that I need to learn much more from Eric. Dave suggested that we all pile down to Stroud, which would be cool. I could only afford to camp as in a tent, but I'm cool with that so if there are any other takers then he wants to teach this subject in more detail. The benefits are surely obvious, if anyone,s got an interest let's get it done and we could be amongst the first people to develop, with consistency, sensitivity to visual out, the big Q. of the sensory accuity.
I guess you can probably tell by my enthusiasm that it was a successful evening. then that only leaves me to send a massive thanks to Eric, Chris and everyone who attended who were all very attentive and knowledgeable. |
