So what is the difference between NLP and Shamanism?

Urban Shaman author, Serge Kahili King describes shamanism as the ability to change reality, either yours or others.

When I met him Serge also said that he believed NLPers are all shamans, even if they don't realise it, although there is far more to shamanic beliefs than most western authors have yet discovered.

I've been studying & teaching Hawaiian shamanism called 'Huna', and Celtic shamanism, for a while and am interested to learn more or answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. So lets get this topic area started!!

So what would you like to know?

So for the sake of being controversial and generating some interest, let me begin by stating that I find that the shamanic approach seems to work at a deeper level and faster than NLP on its own.

Has anyone actually created an NLP model of any areas of shamanic activity yet?
