Feel happy Now! by Michael Neill

Having spent the weekend playing in London I thought I’d nip on and give a quick write up of Michael Neill’s one-day “Feel happy now” seminar that ran on Saturday. For anyone who didn’t know the workshop was running it was a day that was being hosted by his publishers for [ame="http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1401915302?ie=UTF8&tag=thehostingcom-21&linkCode=as2&camp=1634&creative=6738&creativeAS IN=1401915302"]his book of the same title[/ame] which I’ll also talk about.

Personally I found it an absolute pleasure to watch the content being delivered so eloquently and naturally. It was an event, which I think anyone who had never even heard of NLP would have been comfortable attending, as there was incredibly little jargon. Anyone who had more experience of NLP may have noticed the more subtle stuff Michael was actually doing to reinforce and deliver his message. The main focus of the day was very much about inviting the audience to play with techniques and concepts and I felt he had created a very safe environment for that to happen. Yes, some of those techniques were NLP ones but there were other disciplines in there as well.

I did buy his book and judging by the number waiting for him to sign it throughout the day I was not alone as the vast majority of the audience seemed to have their very own copy. His book is written in a real user-friendly style, it’s non-threatening, non-judgemental and very easy to read. Within its pages you’ll find Michael briefly shares his story, while the rest of the book (just as with Saturdays training) is jam-packed with a wide range of practical tips, techniques and methods. This allows you, as the reader, to play with the ones that appeal to you the most. There’s also just (in my opinion) the right mix of explanation of the concepts held within its pages and experiments to try.

Download it as a podcast from Hay House Radio | Radio For The Soul | Listen Live to Hay House Authors | Homepage

You need to register but it is free.

I listen to it on an mp3 player with jump facility. There are 3 adbreaks, each of which is 4.5 mins.
