NLP Connections is owned and run by NLP Connections Limited ("the Company"). This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between You and the Company. By registering to become a member of www.nlpconnections.com ("the Website"), or by using the Website, You agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Opinions, advice, reviews, statements, images or other information (collectively "the Content") made available through the Website are the sole responsibility of their respective authors and not of the Company and should not necessarily be relied upon. 9. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties will endeavour, acting in good faith, to agree the terms of a provision which may be substituted for the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision. The invalidity, unenforceability or illegality of any provision will not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The numbering and headings to clauses contained in this agreement are inserted for convenience only and they do not form part of or affect the interpretation of the agreement. The failure by a party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision, nor shall it affect the right of that party subsequently to enforce that provision.

10. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change by the Company at any time upon notice to You. Your use of the Website following such notice shall indicate your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. The Company may provide notice by e-mail or by a general posting (indicated by the word "Notice") on the Website.
