When I was a teenage art student in 1980 I read Frogs into Princes, Tranceformations, Reframing, The Structure of Magic, Erickson books and so on and I am sure that what I learnt then changed my approach to life. I became involved in changing hazardous printmaking techniques (which had been followed for around 500 yrs) to new creative, and safer printmaking methods. Making these changes has led me into professional researching and developing, inventing, communicating, consulting, teaching and co-writing and illustrating two Thames & Hudson books. I love the people, animals and birds in my life. In 1998 I started to study natural horsemanship, leadership and whispering which I see as NLP for horsemanship. I care for, train and compete with my own horses - both amazing fascinating characters. Art, food and drink, looking, trancing, music, learning, ancient cultures, the web, landscaping, gardening, building and being in my various sheds are all very important to me. 	Andrew Bradbury Joined: 18th Sep 07 Last visit: Today I'm the Andy Bradbury who runs "Honest Abe's NLP Emporium". I'm a social psychologist who strayed into the wicked world of NLP via General Semantics, with the deliberate intention of shiocking my friends, acquaintances, colleagues and teddy bears. (It didn't work.) I walked out of my Master Prac. training because it seemed to me that the trainers had strayed from the path of authentic NLP. (Turned out I was right.) I spend most of my time nowadays writing and thinking about what's at the heart of authentic NLP. Last weekend I found out. 	Joseph Kao Joined: 28th Nov 05 Last visit: Today Hi, my name's Joseph Kao and I'm an NLP master practitioner and a registered hypnotherapist. I'm fascinated by altered states and the potentials of hypnosis and NLP. I'm also not an instant believer. On the blurb of Frogs into Princes it says "...you will not be asked to take on any new beliefs, only to suspend them long enough to test the concepts and procedures of NLP in your own sensory experience". I think that's an admirable suggestion. A few of my favourite things are: Bill Hicks, Alan Watts, Robert Anton Wilson, retro computer games and Thai curry.
