Israel NLP Practice Group in Hebrew

    Hello everybody,
Just wanted to tell that we have a practice group in Israel too, It meets every last Wednesday of every month (at the moment)

And it is only for people who have studied NLP.
    for more details www.forachange.co.il

and a question for all those who mix newbies and Prac. (& Master Prac.) how do you do the session? so you don’t get the Prac. bored and the newbies lost?

    Many thanks
    Mickey

Are there many NLP Practitioners, and Companies in Israel? Have friends there and they don't even know what NLP is, and they work in business! Whatever you are doing at the group people of all levels should be welcome, and as they are coming to practice shouldn't get bored with anything, if a Master then good revision, if Pract. good practice too, if a beginner good point to find out more about NLP and tak to people that use it.

    Hi Peter,
At the moment there are about 5 schools and 16 new trainers that are starting their way..
And a big disfuctional community ;-)

As I am an oner of a school I dont know if it will be ethical for me to open it up to the wide audiance, or even worth while ...
The truth of the matter is that it isnt worth while yet even for me, because yesterday it was our third meeting (we meet once a month) and there were only 6 people, from whom only 1 was present in all three meetings...

So I dont know if I am that interested in growing the group, cos that will be some kind of "free" training for people - dont know if its worth it for me.

On the other hand, you can send you business friends to my site:
    ืื™ืžื•ืŸ ืขืกืงื™ ื•ืื™ืฉื™ ื‘ืฉื™ื˜ืช NLP - ืœื’ืœื•ืช ืžื™ ื”ื›ื™ ื—ืฉื•ื‘ ืœื›ื.

where they can read about NLP, NLP FAQ, articles, techniques and more - all in Hebrew. :-)

    Have a great day
    Mickey

    Mickey,

All great things start with small steps! It is great what you are doing. Are there many Hypnotherapists in Israel or they are quite rare too? With the right people doing interviews for TV or newspapers it will bring it to more peoples attention.

Don't forget medical health centres, stop smoking groups, New Age (crystals, tarot, mediums, alternative health, etc) stores or festivals, business centres, etc are all good places to spead the word. Boobanela New Age Festival in Israel Boombamela New Age Festival Photos - http://www.jewsforjesus.org/publications/realtime/46/08/ photos from it there, sure you will find more info. on search where you are.

Are there any motivational type speakers for business people in Israel, not necessarily using NLP, like Anthony Robbins or they are basically unheard of also?

    Hi Peter
About Hypnosis, here in Israel there is an ancient law - only Clinical Psychologist, Dentist, Psychiatrics & Medical Doctors are allowed to be certified as "allowed hypnotherapists" - and the certifying body is the same body that teaches it... its one of THOSE countries..

So we don't do Hypnosis here!
But psychocibernetics, Silva method, Guided Imagery, Guided Meditations are allowed .. hhahahaha

I am a business trainer & Coach and a motivational coach - my mentors are Tony Robbins & Christopher Howard.
In the business environment I mainly work with Sales and Executives..

Watch This! Be WARNED you may look away at points! :-

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xgu6vk3_ByE]YouTube - 2007 Hypnotic Dentist Removes Teeth with Hypnosis only[/ame]

Dentist using Hypnosis on patient whislst removing & drilling teeth!

This was a good programme from UK on Hypnotherapy , a Doctor going round to diff. Hypnotherapists incl. stage Hypnotists to discover how it works, etc. If I can find link to full programme, around an hour, will post it later.

There will NOT be many patients brave enough to try that without anaesthetic, even those who believe in Hypnosis!

    Mickey B,

So if you moved to Israel as a fully trained NLP Master Trainer or Practitioner, also trained in Hypnotherapy you would not be allowed to operate at all and set up a practice? Unless you got approval from this governing body?

What if a big name like Paul Mckenna, Richard Bandler, etc wanted to do lecture or course in Israel , they would not be allowed to?

Strange laws for a modern country, that will hopefully change in the future.

Are there any Stage Hypnotists in Israel, or they are unheard of also?

You are allowed to work with NLP - Just dont do Hypnosis. (dont ask haha)

They might get in troble, the law is the law.. LOL

Strange laws for a modern country, that will hopefully change in the future.

I dont think so - that law is based on connections, and the academic people who made the law will make sure no one will change it..
Israel is going to be one of the first countries in the world with a Coaching Law as well... talking about stupidity - there are intrigues working behind the scenes, and parliament people who are eagerd to have laws under their name...

No Stage Hypnotists in Israel - it all started in the late 70s
there was a state hypnotists that some how mannaged to get a girl into a coma. and then some Clinical psychologiest made a lot of fuss and political noise untill they succeded to arange a law - the Hypnosis Law, that states who are the only ones who are allowed to be approved by the governing body.

So we have some mentalists who do "suggestions", and give it other names - as long as they dont say they are doing hypnosis but they use other names - then it is kinda ok...

Re: Israel NLP Practice Group in Hebrew

    Hi Peter,

I'll just point out that there are laws and/or regulations like this in a number of countries and in several of the US states (laws in the US about such things are made at the state level).

In my home state of Florida, for example, there were very similar laws not only about hypnosis but about therapy in general. Even coaches there had to be careful not to be perceived as offering remedial changework.

And, like in Israel, people often used different language to describe what they do to get around such laws. And in Florida, they even had to be more careful because state inspectors would often do sting operations where they tried to get coaches agree to offer remedial change to an inspector posing as a client. Tr่s Gestapo!

Of course those laws may have changed in the years since I've been away, but there are certainly a number of 'First-world' countries where these sorts of laws exist.

And of course similar regulations have been threatened(?)/promised(?) in the UK as well.

One other thing. With only very rare exceptions, NLP and Hypnosis certifications/diplomas carry no legal weight whatsoever. Therefore few countries will accord different legal status to anyone for possessing them.

I hope that sheds a bit more light on things!

    Be Well,

    Michael Perez

Re: Israel NLP Practice Group in Hebrew

We(me and a friend) are practicing some NLP every week.

We did not take a course yet(Because I am a poor student of psychology). However, I have been practicing NLP with some other friend who did take a course but she now lives in a different country, so looking for more people practice and learn.

We both study same topic for one week.W hen we meet, we tutor it to each other and practice it on each other.

If anyone want to join or have some advices, I would be more then glad to accept them

Looking for serious people who have at least some basic knowledge in NLP and want to learn, practice and share their knowledge.

    Daniel.
