Hi

I have not practiced as an NLP coach for a couple of years now (personal reasons, work etc etc) I have been also been doing other 'coach training' through work - The Co-Active Coaching Model, but have found recently that NLP has unconsciously/consciously been creeping into my coaching sessions (that crafty little NLP just wants to play). Seriously, I find it gets better results. However, (she finally gets to the point) I find that I am lacking in confidence as its been a while and I feel that I need to refresh my NLP skills. I know I need to get back into my books and manuals but also need to mix with other NLP'ers to learn from. Does anyone know of any practice groups? - I currently work in London's West End and live in the East End/Essex borders.

Would also like to hear views on Co-Active Coaching if anyone is familiar with this model?
