Find out about the last 4 doctors you will ever need and how to get healthy

Our main presenter will be Dan Tiley, Holistic Health Coach and Director of New You Ltd in Sevenoaks. Hippocrates believed that there are three doctors within us that are primarily responsible for any disease or mental/emotional illness; these were Doctors Quiet, Diet and Happiness. Paul Chek, leader of holistic health education, has added the fourth Doctor, Dr Movement.


We start at 7.30pm for networking, with the formal part of the evening starting at 8pm.
