Kent & East Sussex Practise Group ~ September Meeting
We meet on the last Wednesday of the month in Tunbridge Wells. Our next meeting is on the 26th September at The United Reformed Church Hall in Hawkenbury - map here.
Sharon Scully will be running a Yoga Nidra session - described as a waking sleep, and a demonstration of the Mind-Body Link.
