Hi everybody, hope you are all well.
A quick note to let you know we will be exploring Reiki with a great teacher, Jilian.
Jilian is a Reiki Master and will provide some background on Reiki, the experience of receiving Reiki energy, a guided meditation, and an attunement to the energy to enable you to add Reiki to your own meditations.
I'm really looking forward to this event, as Jilian creates a relaxed and encouraging environment in which to meditate and learn.
I hope you can make it too, as the more the merrier.
