How coaches & NLP Practitioners can move from blind intuition to precision - with Jonathan Altfeld

The Enhance Practice Group goes live with a webcast from Jonathan Altfeld...

How coaches & facilitators & NLP Practitioners can move away from blind intuition, hoping all their NLP skills will fall into place as needed, and on to a more consistent facilitation process, with surgically effective and reliable precision, knowing that the change offered was an optimal change for the client's particular challenges.

The key is learning a method for modeling that goes beyond the ephemeral, beyond the rhetoric of the original days of NLP, where the modeling that was done obviously resulted in the NLP of today, itself.

And yet, so few people are doing modeling today, it's acquired a certain magical aura, and also a sense of the unapproachable.

However, one man in particular is getting consistent results in taking only 3 days to teach effective modeling of other people's beliefs, belief systems, decision systems, values, & cognitive heuristics. This method has gained popularity with a range of people in the "in-crowd"; so much so that a range of trainers have adopted his methods as part of their Master Practitioner trainings.

The process is called Knowledge Engineering, and the applications of the KE process include BOTH modeling, and coaching/changework.

Join us for a discussion on how easy it can be to move from just attempting closely (but not precisely) to figure out your client's mind... on to a profound level of confidence that you know exactly what choices your clients make, when they make them, and why they make them every single time. When you know these things, you can offer targeted options. And, finally, then, Sleight of Mouth becomes an amazingly useful targeted set of tools for re-wiring someone's choices.

Your presenter: Jonathan Altfeld, NLP Trainer

Jonathan founded the Mastery InSight Institute of NLP after having a highly successful career as a senior AI consultant to Fortune 500 companies. His expertise was in the Artificial Intelligence field, specifically doing Knowledge Engineering, which is surprisingly similar to NLP modeling.

He has been teaching NLP on three continents since 1998, the USA & Canada, UK & Europe (western and now eastern as well), and Australia.

Regarding his Knowledge Engineering work, Jonathan says: "I personally think this particular training is one of my most valuable offerings... Giving people rapid and simpler access to the previously complex process of Modeling"

More notably... Many top trainers around the world agree and include Knowledge Engineering in their NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes.
