I just came back from the great city of Edinburgh where I participated in an NHR seminar with Richard Bandler.
So, I got to spin various good feeling through my body for an obscene amount of money!
Now, I'm having a strong feeling (spining counter-clockwise in my chest and belly) that the only way I can justify to myself all these time and money expenditures is to practice the techinques I learned there A LOT!

The specific techniques I'd more than love to share with the people who love to learn new things and feel good about it:

1. State control by amplifying one (or more) feelings like joy, exhilaration in your body. Using hypnosis as well as specific body manipulations (introduced by Dr. Perry) to make it truly comfortable.
2. Time distortion (steping in between the moments or into the silence between the sounds of my voice)
3. Using timelines for motivation.
4. Energetic skills transfer. Hey! I thought it was a complete bullshit right before I tried it and even during the exersise, but then I got some info about shamanic energy work from my partner. Can't still figure out how.
5. Using the PPT techniques of Perrys to relax and energize the specific part of the body. Ron and Edie Perry have developed the method that blends Feldenkrise, NLP, Hypnosis and energy work and it's a lot of fun.
