Since 2002 Andrew has been trained and Trainer in many aspects of NLP and hypnosis applications for a wide variety of businesses and individuals. Andrew is a Certified Trainer of NLP and Hypnotherapist. He has trained at every opportunity with many of the developers of the field of NLP and it's creators, he also places high value in rediscovering books, listening to cd's and watching video whenever possible to contiune developing his skills.
These days Andrew is engaged as a Cultural Change Agent and Trainer in organisations and presents the Lincoln NLP Practice Group each month. He still works with private clients as well as being an author and innovator in the field of NLP.
Each year Andrew designs and delivers a few seminars for small numbers of people who have a desire to really develop themselves and/or the field of NLP. He has been described as "An exceptionally talented and skilled NLP Trainer" and is the creator of the NLP skills polishing programme and the Belts and Braces techniques.
His commitment to developing people and himself is driving a quest to expose as many people as possible to the powerful techniques of NLP. He has worked with ‘cool brands’ such as Toni and Guy on implementing changes in business development and within the sales industry on ethical influence and effective communication.

I still maintain a small private practice and training business that I run alongside my NHS work. I live in London and deliver training's of New and Classic code NLP certifying through the ITA as a Certifying Institute. I am also a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and registered in the UK within the NCH.
I give workshops on advanced hypnosis skills for professionals and present public workshops/seminars on Personal development specifically to help people realize their 'inner game' to success in life. I also offer one on one coaching/breakthrough sessions in central London for people wanting to take control of their life rapidly and change direction in their personal and business contexts.
