"on The Fly" How?

Hey Guys!

Can someone here give me some suggestions on memorising
SS patterns quickly and how to come up patterns on the fly?

I've already been writing some of my own patterns and do the
Bishop's "lighting the creative fire" exercises...which was
helpful. I'm looking for some more advices...
