    Beginner Needs Advice.

    Hello everyone.

I'm a total newbie and I need some advice.
I'm ready to change myself and i know exactly how i want to be (and i was "it" for about 30 min.).
Now I need some advice how to get back in that state of mind and become more and more what i want to be.

Links to books or any advice are welcome.

Cheers and a Happy New Year to everyone

I don't know if it's the right one for my problem but i will still read it and inform you how it went.

    sincerly, ruIn

    Hi Rijad,

I think you will need to be a little clearer if you would like more responses to your problem.

Paul McKenna has a book called ‘Change Your Life in 7 Days’ and many similar books dealing with a specific theme. I think if you can’t find one to specifically to deal with your problem, then try reading ‘Change Your Life in 7 Days’.

Using Your Brain for a change is a great book.

A good start for you would be to learn about anchoring and reaccess the state.

I suggest, if you have the $$$, that you find a competent NLP practitioner who can coach you, 1 on 1, to get the personal changework you seek.

should you not, have the $$$, then respectfully I suggest you save up your money until you do.

as you are a complete beginner, you need to know that using yourself as the "guinea pig", while you embark on a learning curve from books(or god forbid, tapes), isn't the smartest way to secure personal changework for yourself.

I don't know how much $$$$ you make, yet its much smarter to save up your money AND then seek out a competent professional to coach you, rather than act as a personal therapist "in training" on yourself when you know little about what you are doing.
