How to Stop Fidgeting/twitching/clicking My Hand/neck/legs when Am with Others Hi guys
As you're an NLP experts I wanted to ask you, since childhood I have these twitches/clicks/fidgeting with my neck, back, hand, and legs. I am guessing due to being nervous sometimes at social events, or when talking to people I am slightly intermediated by.
I wasn't sure if this could be solved by NLP in any way, as it can be a major turn off with girls, so any thing you can recommend I will look into.
Thanks in advance for all comments.

Rab,
There are several NLP techniques that will most definitely help you out here. It sounds like some timeline therapy & a circle of excellence might do the trick. Just getting a new perspective on when/how these things started might be all you need to find a way around them. You might also research and find some good self hypnosis scripts. I use them on a daily basis and can attest to their power. Because of my job, I sometimes teach classes and speak in front of total strangers so I always step into my circle of excellence and use scripts to prepare myself. The trick is to keep with it until you feel you are getting some measured results.

Imagine your in the scenario of when these happen - go inside your mind by closing your eyes. feel these clicks then try and get them to increase in intensity or speed of repetition. If you can increase it some more. Then...
Reduce them down, make them go slower, softer quieter.
What did you do to change make both things happen? What was the first step you took. Pay attention to what you were saying internally or feeling or seeing.
Another way, do a similar thing - go inside - create an image that represents one of these clicks - twitches - what size, shape, colour is the image, location to you and distance. change 1 of these components 1 at a time to a different colour, shape, size etc - What happens?
Experiment with these and notice what you get.
