Looking for Tips on Anchoring

Hey all,

I'm looking for some tips on how to elicit state in order to anchor. Does anyone have somewhat of a script that they may have used in the past that they found helpful when learning this technique?

Thanks,
Dan

Dan,

Ask questions! Every question invokes a state as does the delivery of it.

WHAT color are you wearing?
What COLOR are you wearing?
What color ARE you wearing?
What color are YOU wearing?
What color are you WEARING?

Re: Looking for Tips on Anchoring

Hi Dan
Try 'going first' that is access the state you wish to elicit then 'lead' by starting to talk With them.
All your nonverbal behaviours, tone, cadence, inflection, body posturing will then really help them to access something powerful enough to spot and anchor without having to think about what your going to say. Simply pay attention to what it is that you do that helps them to respond.
You can talk about pretty much anything and make it exciting or calming or just boring it depends HOW you speak and move.
Just an idea ;-)
Don
