Fear of going anywhere where there isnt a toilet

Your suggestions are welcome on what you would recommend for a client who has a fear of doing anything or going anywhere where she doesnt have access to a toilet.
She has no memory of anything happening to cause this fear. When she goes out she carries a medicine (Gastrostot) available over the counter to settle her bowel. She says she worries about the vicinity of a toilet all the time..

Motivatiors for recovery are going on a cruise in 6 months time and planning for a baby, also in six months time.

I have spent an hour or so with her, looking and listening to her strategy of doing the behaviour and worked at changing her internal dialogue, suggesting changing the voice.
I ran through the phobia cure with her, I had her think of a time when she didnt have this problem and anchored the good feeling, then got the submodalities of the problem behaviour, anchored both and collapsed the problem.
I finished with hypnosis using timeline and the bridge effect, going back to the first time she had the behaviour and taking the lessons and learnings, we then came through her life and future paced 3 situations. I asked her to test herself by going out later that day.
She says she has been much better but still has some anxiety and feels she needs another session.
