Review - NLP in business
Peter always writes in an easy to understand conversational style. It is often as if he is talking to you direct, not only explaining but coaching. As you might expect of someone who understands the finer points of NLP he has the ability to make his point simply yet powerfully. This quality is often lacking in other NLP books as ironically the author tries to demonstrate their knowledge of NLP rather than using it to influence in a manner that is congruent with their desired outcome.
The book is divided into 3 sections, the first an outline of the themes of NLP, this is more passionate than structured and captures the major themes and attitudes of NLP. The second section very clearly lays out the key components, expanding and clarifying aspects identified in section one.Part three are outlines and guidance as to how NLP can be used in presenting, coaching sales and leadership.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is curious about NLP or who wants to gain an understanding at a more fundamental level.

What's the rule on overt adverts here?

Thanks for that
There seems to be a lot of self promotion here which is why I asked

I'm not sure what is 'a lot' to you.
My view is that as long as it's within the Rules and I can choose to ignore what I am not interested in, I'm OK with it.
There's 'a lot' else here too in my view. Hope you enjoy ;-)

The person who sent me the review is not a member, so as far as I am concerned this is a legitimate post. This is a book review, not an advert. You will find an advert for the books in the 'for sale' section.

Hi Ian,
Part of the purpose of this forum is to allow people to have a forum in which to promote their work or to place free advertisements.
I must say that it's really great to see a brand new member taking such an active interest in the goings-on here!
There are a lot of what I think are lively discussions, so you might want concentrate on those rather than the threads that don't suit your personal values or tastes.
Be Well,

Check out go:rules and the site terms and conditions (there's a link to them in the rules).
Welcome to the forum BTW.
