For those of yo who don't already know, Jim lawless http://www.jimlawless.com and I are launching a new training company called ZooBites http://www.zoobites.com

We launch ZooBites to the corporate market place in mid-September. Due to the enthusiasm for our offering that we are already receiving we have decided to create a small elite team of four Associate deliverers to work directly with us on a freelance basis. We’d like to invite you to apply to join that team.

Our Elite Associates will have a unique opportunity to form a relationship with and represent a revolutionary and innovative brand, built on years of high profile experience and success, with an effective supporting infrastructure.

This is a separate team to our independent Partner deliverers who can sell and deliver the ZooBites product on their own account. If you feel that Partnership is more appropriate for you, do drop me a line to discuss this.

What are we looking for?

People who would like to truly inspire others to risk making a change. It is likely that our Associates will have had prior training experience although this is not a prerequisite for joining our team. We will also consider applications from excellent communicators who wish to start a new and exciting career in training.

What are we offering?

On joining the ZooBites Associate Team you will be supported with training on our methods and course materials approaches as well as receiving ongoing support and development and becoming part of a community that looks set to be growing and made up of great and stimulating people. We will be offering highly competitive remuneration also along with opportunities to progress within the company if you choose to get more involved and committed with ZooBites exclusively in time.

You will receive training in captivating and inspiring the room which will enable you to achieve stunning results with groups - forever. When you feel ready, there may even be the opportunity to deliver on the conference platform for ZooBites if you would like to.

Interviews will be held in Surrey on 20 August 2008.

Successful applicants will receive two days of initial training on 8-9 September followed by regular on-going training and will be delivering for us by the end of October.
