I am looking for a motivated person to join the NLP Academy in a ‘client services’ role at our Academy in Croydon.

You will be part of a team where the goal is to create a brilliant learning experience for EACH learner who attends an NLP Academy course. The lead trainers, including myself, John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair, Stephen Gilligan and John Thompson take care of the group learning experience, and as a ‘client services manager’ you will take care of people on an individual basis.

To create a brilliant learning experience, a client has to buy the course first and this role is very much a sales role. You will take incoming enquiries, follow up on enquiries, and make outbound calls to potential customers. You will help prepare for the courses and meet and greet your clients when they arrive for their course. You will liaise with your clients throughout the course and help them fully develop their NLP learning plan.

No NLP experience or sales experience is necessary. Two of the very best star players joined us with no NLP or sales experience and now they are great at both. I am looking for that special someone with a sparkle in their eye and a spring in their step, who self is self-motivated.

The remuneration constitutes of a basic pay plus commission. In his first full year here, my newest guy earned £25,000. David who joined me straight from school at 17 and is now at the grand age of 19 earned £26,000 last year. He is excellent and does all the right things. Every year his income is growing rapidly, and he is only starting out.
