    $20million in 6 minutes!

No. Not my latest consultation rate

I think you're gonna like this.

I was intially interested because, as a business and marketing chap, for me it demonstrated perfectly the idea that if you get the 'right offer' in front of the 'right' people and ask for exactly what you want...well you may just get it.

But then I got to thinking that you might enjoy watching this for language patterns et al.

    Whatever your reasons...enjoy!

Indeed we did! Great minds thinking alike and all that...

And a discussion of this as hypnotic language and persuasion in the context of business and dealmaking is a good one, methinks, James!

I can tell you from personal experience that it's much easier to close a deal when you create an emotional engagement with your client ('goosebumps' in this case) and then clearly demonstrate the value of what you do. To be honest, I think Fred could have stopped after 3 minutes and still have closed the deal. The rest just nailed the deal to the floor so it wouldn't walk away...

Well spotted, James! Anyone else got a comment from this angle?

    Great minds thinking alike
...yeah right! this great mind that oversaw to do some RESEARCH before posting?? shucks!

I like what you said about the emotional involvement Mike. From my personal experience, I remember when I was in the early stages of building my business and I came out all guns blazing for what I saw as an antiquated model...the A.I.D.A advertising 'formula'.

In my expereince the model hadn't been 'upgraded' for the information dense age...it also assumed that individuals exposed to an advertising message would process it in the sequence intended by the advertiser...again, in my expereince, not true.

I've seen such finer results when people are emotionally 'enrolled' sooner and as a prerequisite to 'selling' rather than simply trying to get 'attention'' then 'interest' etc etc ...Fred enrolled them with speed and grace in my opinion.

I think when you believe you ahve a good "product" to sale it becomes much easier, this guy had a good product and he aimed at the emotions.
From a mothers point of view, i am applauding him, from a profession one too.

    Great link, thank you.

Looks like you missed your chance.

Back to earning money the hard way I'm afraid.
