The use of NLP in sales is something that I find really fascinating.
In my opinion, being effective in sales is about having the ability to understand and connect with a persons values. This makes the process a pleasure for the buyer who feels understood and the salesman who is able to close the sale.

Working in sales myself, I find that the tools of NLP play a big part in understanding and connecting with customers and indeed the sales cycle as a whole.
