I'm a NLP master practitioner Emergence Coach/Trainer, I also use Clean Language and Symbolic modelling. Emergence is a development of CL and SyM. In a nutshell emergence guides the clients system to self organise thus resolving, learning and evolving the consciousness. We are all unique so no one process is going to be right for everyone and how will I (the practitioner) know which is best for you. Because it’s your system that must self organise to resolve and learn it must be your worldviews that do this. It works on the premise that the best person to heal you is you, so keeping all the practitioners stuff, (advice, ego, energy and processes) out of the session. I deliver training and coaching to groups (business and sports) that guide them to emerge what is really blocking them (causes) and interpreting the future that is compelling and creates easiness within their system.
