Hi, I'm Sophie and I work with people to make changes in their lives using hypnosis and NLP. I started out as a trainer in personal development for a big corporate and then set up Sophie Nicholls Personal Development in York, North Yorkshire. I'm very interested in the use of writing and journaling as a tool for personal development, health and wellbeing. I've written a book called 'Hypnotic Journaling' and I run writing for personal development retreats and training for therapists, coaches and health care professionals in using writing and journaling techniques.
