John La Valle, co-author with Richard Bandler on Persuasion Engineering®, Sales & Business, Language & Behavior, has been in the NLP field since about 1983. Co trainer with Richard Bandler for about 20 years, John is also a businessconsultant to Fortune 100 companies. He has certain expertise in manufacturing, operations, quality, assurance, transportation, sales & marketing. His MBA thesis was on Socio-technical Systems Design, and participative management, where the employees in the jobs are managing the operation with minimum management interference. He has personally trained with most of the major players in the field.
