Hi! I work with people who have had knocks in life to rebuild confidence, heal the past and move on. I work with childhood issues, destructive behaviour, painful emotions, fear, anxiety, procrastination, stress and limiting beliefs around self, and self-worth. I see clients privately from Kensington, and I also work with domestic violence, Refuge, and women living with HIV/ AIDS, Cara Life, by facilitating workshops and providing 1:1 coaching. All therapy and coaching is preceded by an initial telephone consultation to find out more about your situation, and to provide you with options on how to move forward.
