Introduction
 

Ecstatically, long-time married mother of three grown-up darlings and two rescued dogs. Used to enter consumer competitions and over the years have won two cars, numerous holidays and tons of experiences money can't buy. Now I'm bored of that and changing my life through NLP. I have removed all the old, limiting labels and now only answer to 'Hey Healthy', 'Hi, self-esteem', 'Watch'ya wonderful'.
