Originally from California I've been in Sydney, Australia for 11 years now. I've been fascinated by and utilizing (self) hypnosis from the age of 14 which set me on a path to learn more about the mind, the body, the connection between the two, health, healing, behavior and intrapersonal communication. This eventually led me (twenty years later!) to the decision to assist others in living more effectively and using their minds to their benefit. After further self study and research I enrolled in and completed the Alistair Horscroft Mind Institute Sydney NLP & Hypnosis Practitioner course in May this year (09) followed by the Master Prac in Noosa.
I've been seeing clients since June and am in awe each and every time by the effectiveness of NLP processes! Amazing.
I also attended the Chris Howard BTS in Feb 09 (an interesting experience), an Advanced Medical & Dental Hypnosis course, Beating Stress, Anxiety & Depression course, and am always interested in furthering my skillset, expanding my mind as well as my network of friends and practitioners.
So if you're in Sydney, or from wherever else, please say hi!

| Quotes:
| Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'who am I to be so brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?' Actually, who are we not to be?" ~ Marianne Williamson |
