I trained as an nlp practitioner with my good friend John Cassidy-Rice (Training Excellence) and as a Hypnotherapist with The Northern College of Therapeutic Hypnosis, at Leeds University School of Medicine, to diploma level having spent some years as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager for a well known International Health & Fitness Consortium. My Fitness qualifications include, Fitness Assessment & Health Appraisal, Nutrition & Weight Management and Exercise to Music, amongst others. I deliver Skills Coaching in the Private Security Industry and offer Wellness Coaching through my company, Larry Hudson-Life Choices, using NLP, Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Health and Fitness Programming.
